CLIENT POLICIES

These policies apple to ALL clients

receiving services by a Lash Viper Aesthetic's technician.

  •  ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

  • 15 minute lateness may result in a cancellation, deposits will NOT be refunded

  • Guests are not permitted 

  • Coming to your appointment with excessive eye makeup may result in a cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24h BEFORE the date of the procedure

  • Appointments must be secured with a deposit

  • 40% of your extensions must be remaining for an appointment to be considered a "fill". Anything less than 40% will be considered a full set.

  • Foreign fills are NOT accepted, a removal and full set must be booked.

TRAINING POLICIES

These policies apply to ALL students participating in any Lash Viper Aesthetics training course

  • A non-refundable deposit must be made to secure any training course

  • If payment isn't completed 60 days post training date, the certificate of completion will be VOID

  • Final payments must be made prior to or at the beginning of any course.

IMPORTANT HEALTH + SAFETY POLICIES 

These policies apply to ALL clients AND students

  • Masks shall be worn by the client and technician at all times

  • Hand sanitizer must be used when entering and exiting the studio

  • Clients are not permitted to touch any tools or supplies in and around the studio.

  • Minimal contact is required at all times, including but not limited to direct physical contact and unnessesairy contact with objects.
